Spotted: NEW L'Oreal Infallible Silkissime Eyeliner Collection

In addition to the six new Infallible eyeshadow shades I showed you here, we've got a brand new addition to the Infallible eyeliner family now hitting stores. The new Silkissime collection (permanent, not limited edition) was just spotted by longtime reader Heather (Heather King on YouTube) at CVS and she was kind enough to share some pics.
