Hello ladies, remember the Yes Love Speckled post I made a while ago here? This is the Color Speckled collection, the 2nd speckled collection by Yes Love. This one was released a couple months ago but I've been delaying the swatches. Shame on me. Here they are.

Cucu!! Lembram-se de um post que fiz há algum tempo com a 1ª colecção speckled da Yes Love (aqui).. Esta é a 2ª colecção speckled da marca mas desta vez com glitters de várias cores e tamanhos. Esta colecção foi lançada há já alguns meses mas tenho andado a molengar e só agora é que fiz os swatches.

About the collection

All shades have mix colored and sized glitters in tons of red, blue, purple, black, orange and pink. The previous collection had only black glitters in the formula as you can see here.

The base formulas are all very well pigmented and all take 2 generous or 3 thin coats. The finish is slightly bumpy but that issue is settled with a generous coat of top coat. The overall drying time is fast, less than 10 mins.

Todas as cores desta colecção têm glitters de várias cores e tamanhos incorporados na fórmula. Os tons de glitters variam entre o azul, roxo, preto, vermelho, laranja e rosa. A primeira colecção era composta apenas por glitters pretos como podem ver aqui. Todos os vernizes têm uma fórmula bem pigmentada e cobrem a unha em 2 camadas generosas ou 3 finans ( fica um acabamento mais homogeneo). O acabamento é um pouco rugoso em alguns pontos por causa dos glitters mas isto é facilmente resolvido com uma generoa camada de top coat. O tempo geral de secagem não excede os 10 mins.

Its weekend again! How was your black friday? Spent much?

A semana passada consegui finalmente libertar o meu pacote da MASH, da alfandega portuguesa. Vários/muitos euros e dois meses depois finalmente chegou a minha casa o novo set MASH e o conjunto de vernizes para carimbo que a marca agora disponibiliza. Nail Polishes Swatches & Review

Hello lovely readers! Today I'm showing you the swatches of the 4 shades of polish for the Shades of Desert Collection, by LCN.

The most outstanding characteristic of this brand is the quality. I can fell how good the formula is, the gel look finish and the shine. I'm seriously impressed.

The red polish was the one that surprised me the most. I'll explain below on the red review.

Olá a tod@s! Hoje trago-vos os swatches as minhas reviews dos 4 tons de verniz da colecção Shades of Desert, da LCN.

A característica fundamental desta marca é, sem dúvida, a qualidade. Para quem aprecia vernizes e lida com eles diáriamente a qualidade começa a ser uma exigencia.. uma coisa necessária.. e a qualidade sente-se.. na fórmula, na consistência do líquido, na aplicação.. em quão facil é a chegada à opacidade da unha e ao acabamento final brilhante. O verniz vermelho surpreendeu-me bastante, explico-vos abaixo na respectiva review.

Hot Chilli

Red polish is my favorite shade, cliches apart it is, indeed.. and for that I grew more and more exigent in their quality. I have tons of reds but it is rare for me to go out with a red polish and I only do so when I'm impressed with it on swatches. There is nothing I hate more than cheap looking chipped red polish! For me red polish and long round nails are the ultimate sexy symbol for nails when they are perfect. Its just awful for me to see red chipped nails, there is really nothing I hate most and I do not tolerate such thing in a red polish I chose to go out with.

This said.. I can say I will use this one again. One coat for opacity, a 2nd one for an homogeneous finish and an outrageous shine. No Tc on any of the pictures. Dried in less than 5 mins. The formula is on the thick side but if you can apply thin coats it's a wonder. Used it for 4 days without a single chip. Totally worth the 5€ for 8mL.

O tom vermelho vivo é sem dúvida o meu tom de verniz preferido. Clichés à parte acho que unhas longas, redondas e vermelhas são o simbolo de uma mulher sexy, elegante e intemporal. No entanto, tornei-me extremamente exigente com este tom, apenas o uso na rua quando me impressionou nos swatches. Posto isto, posso-vos dizer que tenho toneladas de vernizes vermelhos que nunca sairam de casa. Se adoro o verniz vermelho, bem pintado e bem arranjado também vos digo que abomino unhas vermelhas mal pintadas/lascadas ( bem sei que as vezes acontece.. mas não gosto de ver, detesto!) .. Assim sendo, como poucas são as vezes que uso vermelho, quando uso, uso os meus preferidos, poucos dos muitos sairam comigo. Estes saiu!!

Uma fórmula fabulosa, profissional, a cair para o lado espesso mas que consegue ser aplicada em camadas finas. Uma camada para opacidade e a 2ª para uma finalização homogénea. Um brilho lindíssimo que faz lembrar unhas de gel, uma pincel pequeno mas muito macio e menos de 5 minutos de tempo de secagem. Usei-o durante 4 dias e retirei-o sem uma única lasca. Vale todos os 5€ pelos 8mL (nem que fossem 5mL).

Blue Oasis

Blue oasis is a stunning deep dark teal polish with yet again a great formula. 2 coats for full opacity, less than 5 mins drying time. The brush is small but smooth and application is easy as pie with thin coats (even tho the formula is a bit on the thick side). Again, used it a couple days and removed it without a single chip.
O Blue Oasis é um verde/azul teal com uma excelente fórmula. Acho que é um verniz com presença! Duas camadas para o resultado abaixo, com total opacidade à primeira camada. Aplicação muito fácil graças ao pincel macio apesar de pequeno e à formula com a consistência certa. Menos de 5mins de tempo de secagam total (sem tc). Usei-o um par de dias e retirei-o sem lascas.

Pink Pepper

Pink Pepper is a dark bubble gum pink with such a creamy and shiny finish that my nails looked like they had just had a gelish manicure. Yet again, formula going to the thick side, on a good way, two coats, less than 5 mins drying time and that small smooth brush.

O Pink Pepper é um rosa pastilha escuro com um acabamento extremamente brilhante e um acabamento muito cremoso. Deixa realmente as unhas a parecer de gel. A fórmula é bastantepigmentada, com uma espessura a pender para o grosso sendo que é facil aplicar camadas finas e consistentes. Duas camadas para opacidade total aplicadas com facilidade com o pincel pequenito mas muito macio. Menos de 5mins de tempo de secagem.

Fiery Cumin

Fiery Cumin is a different polish.. it has a brown-orange dark sand shade.. very desert shade indeed.. Cumin is a Spice very flavoring in lots of dishes, it can be used both alone or combined in other spices like curry. This shade remembers me of the hot desert and all the spicy sand.

The formula is excellent, like the other polishes in this collection, two coats for full opacity, smooth brush, less than 5mins drying time.

O Fiery Cumin é um verniz diferente... num tom castanho alaranjado bastante alusivo às torridas areias do deserto.. Fiery Cumin, traduzido literalmente seria Cominhos Picantes ou Cominhos cor de fogo ( Cominho é um tempero muito saboroso e que é bastante usado em substituição do sal, sendo também combinado com outras especiarias exóticas como o caril, sabiam?)...

Bem.. anyway.. a fórmula é semelhante à dos restantes vernizes da colecção sendo muito pigmentada a tender para o espesso. Duas camadas para opacidade total e um brilho fenomenal. Aplicação bastante simples e secagem em menos de 5mins.
